Elderberry Syrup Kit
The Elderberry Syrup Kit is a complete DIY package for making traditional elderberry syrup at home. It contains pre-measured elderberries, spices, and instructions—just add water and honey to create a natural seasonal staple.
I'm Sarah, and I harvest elderberries in September from wild trees in the Kootenays, leaving plenty for the birds and the forest. I never pick elderflowers—only the berries, ensuring next year's harvest. Every kit is measured and packaged by hand with 10+ years of wildcrafting knowledge.
Enhance your pantry with our Traditional Elderberry Syrup Kit.
This DIY kitchen ritual allows you to create a small-batch syrup in your own home. Unlike store-bought alternatives with refined sugars and preservatives, our kit provides a foundation of organic Sambucus nigra and warming botanical spices.
Our kit is formulated to provide a concentrated source of wild and organic ingredients. Simply add local honey to create a customized syrup that honors ancestral European folk traditions.

The Glade Taught Me This
I never harvest elderflowers, even though they're valuable—because picking the flowers means no berries in fall. The Glade taught me to think ahead, to protect future harvests. Restraint is respect. 10% of your purchase goes to the Canadian Ancient Forest Alliance, protecting the forests that remain. Read The Glade story →
